PayKey & Musoni, the winners of BBVA Open Talent 2016 in Europe
These two projects have been chosen by the jury of BBVA Open Talent 2016 edition of Europe.
PayKey and Musoni have been chosen by the jury of the BBVA Open Talent 2016 edition, among the 20 finalists who have competed in the final of Europe edition.
The jury has chosen as winners PayKey, a startup of Israel, and Musoni, startup of Holland.
Paykey, PayKey is the simplest, fastest, platform agnostic and mobile centric way of making personal and commercial payments, y Musoni, cloud-based core banking software helping financial organisations improve efficiency. They are the winners of BBVA Open Talent Europe 2016.
Both companies had already been recognized with two of the special awards in this year’s edition. Israel’s Paykey received the Special Wired Money Award, while Holland’s Musoni had already earned the Financial Inclusion Award. The two have been chosen over the other candidates taking part in the final which was held, unsurprisingly, in London, the capital of fintech.
“BBVA and the startups we are together participating in this disruption, a change that goes beyond transforming a bank, because it impacts the whole financial industry,” said Derek White, recently appointed Head of Customer Solutions at BBVA. “The European winners of open talent 2016 have the potential to be the actors on the new stage of financial services,” he added during the award ceremony.
